The Happy Rock Is Looking For A Writer

The Happy Rock is looking to hire a part time writer/blogger. I am looking for someone to share their own personal financial journey with The Happy Rock readers. The main goal is to provide readers with an up close look at someone in the midst of their journey to get out of debt. I am personally finding debt reduction and budget slashing material harder and harder to write the further I move away from getting out of debt. Here is more information about the position:

Desired Qualities :

• Love of writing, no blog writing experience required
• Early in their journey to get out of debt
• Passionate about personal finance
• Willingness to experiment and document the results
• Dedicated to self growth, change, and learning
• Willing to commit to a longer relationship with The Happy Rock(not looking for guest posters or a writer for a month)
• Agrees with the spirit of the site for the most part, not necessarily all of the implementations or specifics

Responsibilities:

1. 5-10 articles a month
2. Respond to reader comments on your posts
3. Some commenting on other blogs
4. Editorial duties for my posts on site

Ideally I would love to find a reader with the above qualities(without their own blog) that is willing to earn some extra money to help their debt reduction along, but I am open to other possibilities.
